My main oviride concept in a company is to put a company in another level in terms of New accounts. As well as producing best customer service to our clients.helping customer with their financial matters.selling products offered by the company. What I've learn since in the company.we work as team striving to win.even thou there are fluxand customers angry one s trying by all means to be calm n polite. Find solution to relax the client n leave the store happy

I have a good merchendising skills and communication towards people.

I have been working with different people in retail industries for more than 9 years.Learning different skills from people who end up becoming executive and divisional visual managers.I have a good eyesite of merchendising and layout.fast leaner good communication and always gouse extra mile to make sure my job its eccellent towards our customer.

Pros: centre court and displays its one of mybest skills.
Cons: I always work long ours for my deadline promo to have excellent good looking store.

I've Learnt Impeccable People's Skills

I deal with people on a daily basis, having to assist then with different issues. Dealing with administrative work such as paperwork for gadget claims, repairs and device transfers. The working environment is a very fun and enthusiastic one to be in. We all get along quite well with differences here and there. Nevertheless I enjoy being at work as we are all one big family always helping one another and work as a team. However, like any retail job, there are difficult people to deal with on a daily basis, but we always try to help even the difficult ones. But it assists us in understanding different types of people, and adapting to an attitude that'll help us in doing our jobs the best way we can.

Pros: Learning people's skills, admin work, filing
Cons: Not very easy to get promoted unless you apply for another position within the company.

Fast learner and people's person

I do not have a code 8 and own car I have code 10 only i have 9 years retail experience and including 8 years as a visual mervhandiser, I worked for Woolworths, Markham and now currently working for Edgars, i am very dedicated individual, out spoken person in terms of voicing things i do not agree with and that cripple the company, this is also a reason I am searching for a new job

Pros: eliminate some promotions and set time frame.. apart
Cons: extra mile is alwaya required

Edcon is the company you can work. It give the Staff to improve their selves. It does have development within the. The important thing that i like is their training to the their Staff Members.

Since i have been in hr industry i am enjoying and every step and wiiling to learn more

I have learned to work and understand different individuals in a workplace, challenges that open my eyes and know how others view things, I am satisfied with how daily performance is measured each and everyday, I enjoy when my job is being praised and I still believe that will be praised in a long run, I have learned how to interview, letter of appointment, new staters,transfer of employment, filing ,leaves (both sick and maternity) registers...what challenging most is working with team that don't give full attention to the project

"Student Mentally" be able to learn

I'd love to have this opportunity to work with you because I am ready to face any challenges that I'll be facing inn the business,im willing to learn and do exactly what I will be taught ,as I'm still in the economic age I promise to humble my self and if there's a way to be promoted and work on it .

Pros: I had an opportunity to meet with new people as I love people (short stories)
Cons: We have to be in the office at 06:00 o'clock everyday in the morning to learn till 9 then from 9 -5 in the field to apply what you've been taught

Excellent in customer service and sales

Edcon is the company I work for which is huge in retail business that offers us as employees professional training how to handle our customers ,how to work as a team because a business without team work fail ,how to handle issues with costumes and also within workers .we go extra mile when it comes to customers as they enter our business and also when they live they need to live with a smile . The most challenges that we get is when the next person is either an employee or the customers when they don't listen and respect the next person I think that is the defficult part for most businesses where they get affected but if you have been trained you are able to over come anything in life and in business.
