Excellent company

Edcon financial services Provide excellent training for staff to do their job well. Provide latest technology and tools for staff to reach their goals and to satisfy customer's . Staff are confident and can be efficient and effective in their role. Departments work together. Day starts at 7am 07:10 head count done 08:00 Early morning meeting- strategy discussion based on head count for the day. Based on key areas staff is deployed to departments wherer high volumes of calls are handled daily All staff trained to work in different departments Eg.Inbound, outbound, customer service,fraud ,admin and new accounts. Team work- co-workers assist each other with difficult clients and queries befor escalating to management Incentives paid for reaching personal targets. What I enjoyed most is our team achievements and rewards.

Excellent learning curve

I worked shits, had a very good relationship with my co-workers. I have learned the importance of customer loyalty. The best part: to provide word class service to customers and going the extra mile for customer satisfaction.

Good company remunerations

Edcon has been a good company to work for, as the benefits were awesome. Staff received birthday gifts on a yearly basis. Refresher training was conducted every year, to keep staff competent on their daily functions.

Great experience and a wanderful opportunity

I matriculated in 2007 at Forte high school. I then went to South west gauteng college and did my N4 for business management which was in 2008. I worked for a small business as an Administrator. I would do admin work such as taking minutes, typing, emailing and that was in 2010. In 2012 is when I got to work for a big company named Edcon financial Services. I started working in the new accounts department then was moved to customer service department as I loved assisting customers and love working with people.

Pros: learning defferent things from clients and growing from the experience you get
Cons: working weekends

Team work,and competition of agents on sales

i had a good relationship with all agents. I like the Team work that we had as team. M,anagement was good always there when we need assistant. I have learned to be patient on customer,listen and respecting the customer.
