I am passionate about credit controller to see company's growth
working at Ecolab is the best but because of the travelling cost and distance that's why I like to leave the company. I spend about 45 kilometers per trip a day. another thing the challenges are not too high as the volume of our customer is not too high and even the book value
Pros: working at Ecolab is not challenging as our book value is not high and the volume of the customer is not high
Cons: I am working 5 days a week and 8 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break

Challenging but a great exposure
my typical work day is dealing with different department on different matters i.e compiling CRV'S for customer care. compiling NCR's for Quality department. doing safety report for SHEQ manager. i supervise the overall quality work within the warehouse. i work closely to my manger in assisting him with all stock that needs re-validations. i enjoy working with QC team mostly because i get most challenged by the nature of complex issues the deal with within the lab. i have good communication with the lab manager, she request my assistance four days in every month so that i will stand in for lab technicians since they all have classes. i have learned patience especially when working with people of different ages and background. i enjoy dealing with customer complaints and the most challenging aspect is dealing with different issues at once i.e Quality review vs admin vs forklift driver vs Quality analyst (temporarily) vs receiving clerk.

Good people skills
My job is very demanding and stressful at times, however the group of people that I work with as well as the team I manage make it easier and fun. I have an excellent relationship with my colleagues and customers. This job has taught me how to deal with people and how to manage them as individuals. I enjoy the time spent at the office interacting with my fellow colleagues an the comradeship. The most challenging part of my job is maintaining a portfolio and dealing with opposition in a tough economic climate. Keeping staff motivated is very challenging.

It's very challenging due to processes that do not making my job easy to perform.
The processess are not the best and opportunities for growth are very minimal as the business seems to not believe in growing their own people. They talk about it but don't put it into practice.

Hard worker.
Ecolab is a chemical manufacture that produce , sanitizes disinfectants, laundry soap and detergents for restaurants. it is ISO 9001 certified. there is Quality management systems in place. i am responsible for product certification compliance for SANS 232, 1827, 1828,1829 and 1853. i make sure that raw material received complied to company requirement. i do lots of lab analysis, Quality matters to me and to customers.
Pros: looking up to QC/QA manager to run system
Cons: 8 hour to 9 hour a day

I have learned alot.
You have your good day, then you have your days that you don't know what you need to do first or what to do last. Some days its can be very stress full. I have a good relationship with my co-workers. We work well together. I have learned a lot at Ecolab, and have an awesome manager. The most challenging aspects is when a client want to cancel his contract and I need to convince him or her not to. Also to sort out payments as its not really in my tray but helps creditors .
Pros: Unfortunately here is no opertunity to do some thing else as what I m doing now. I cant to higher.

Excellent learning curve
We do analysis of products and raw materials. Deliveries of finished products. The relationships between workers are good. We work well together and the company puts an effort in asking employees of their views regarding their environment or personal experiences. I enjoy my work and learning more within the chemistry industry
