Learning new things
Learning lots of new things that add value to my career. Some people are friendly but the top management are not so good. For now it's a ok place to work for but there are no benefits at all. That's what I hate most about it.
Pros: The company is still small so there are opportunities for growth.
Cons: The way things are done is not so good alot of manual labour where other tools can be used to make the work easier.
