Great learning curve

the co-workers are great . I learned so much about my self and the credit industry .the most challenging thing is that there is no training provided you have learn on the job . The directors are never around and we do not know who we work for .A typical work day is coming to work and growing through tons of emails and statements

Pros: leaning a lot
Cons: no opportunity to grow
