Don't appreciate what you do

Been working here for over 8 years have a great relationship with my co-workers and we worjk along very well. I have learnt a lot in the time I have been working here abdit helped a lot to improve myself. TI enjoyed the family liked feeling there was. PeopThe most challenging thing about my job was that people made assumptions and didnt find out everyone side of a story before they made their own conclusions.

Pros: Leave at 13:30 on a Friday
Cons: No Growth

Learning curve

Working at Easterns has definitely been a learning curve. I love my job, but not so much the place. I am a positive individual that works better when the atmosphere is uplifting. This atmosphere isn’t. Therefor I can proudly say, I have learned to work under pressure and can now handle the work load that is given to me.

Pros: I have gained the experience
Cons: small pay
