Its more like hard labour but nothing I can't handle,I've leant a lot of thing like operating a ppt and llop machine and use of scanners.I enjoy working there because you learn something new everyday and I'm a hard worker and a fast learner.I don't usually interact with other colligues because I'm a shy and quet person but I do report anything that has to do with my job

I am a motivated and creative individual who enjoys the business environment. I have been exposed to many aspects of the commercial and retail environment and in my current position as DHL retail executive for Gauteng, have also been exposed to government entities such as SAA (South African Airways) and SATC (South African Travel Company). I am challenged by new experiences and always make a point of learning from any situation. My motto: Always Keep Moving Forward.

Its always good to learn something new in a company.
I enjoyed working at my previous job as a warehouse Team Leader. It came with a lot of pressure though, but I could easily handle it with my team on my side. My relationship with the team was excellent because I would their job easy and smart. I enjoyed working with well motivated and a happy team. The most challenging aspects was to work under pressure with no member willing to help you. I have learnt that working with people from different cultures can be a challenging. I've learnt to be one strong individual person as a leader to people. I've learnt to address my team in a polite way in order to have them enjoying their job.
Pros: Promotion is always good because it make one to grow as a person to a company.
Cons: Long working hours will always be a challenge, but it comes with benefits which gets you motivated at all time

I strongly believe in coaching and feedback.
I gained a substantial amount of experience in the courier industry liaising with customers internally and externally. I was given the opportunity to be a leader in various positions and find coaching and feedback very important in our professional and private lives. I thrive on sharing experience with others and believe that sharing knowledge and ideas with colleagues makes the task much more easier.
Pros: Growth is bery important within the company as it exposes me to open up my potential to the max.
Cons: Long working hours is never an issue, as the work neess to get done.

Good listener and learn fast
I multi task everyday ,and go extra mile I also treat everyone equal at the work place, I have learnt how to solve a problem at work place when it occurs and how to deal with incident of the vehicles . Mostly I enjoyed being part of the DHL SUPPLY CHAIN group and being developed by the largest logistics company . Challenges I have faced its that when 1 of the team member its not available i had to cover that space out in order for job to continue .
Pros: I would love to be given a chance and learn more about the job .
Cons: 9 hours and above will be appreciated

THE COMPANY GAVE ME A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE
THE COMPANY WAS VERY BIG AND I GOT USED TO WORKING UNDER PRESSURE SINCE OUR CLIENT WAS FORD MOTOR COMPANY THAT PRODUCES.S CARS .I MET DIFFERENT DIVERSITY ETHICS .

I'm a hardworking individual with an excellent skills
I just want to see my self one day adding an effirt to the company that empowers my skills and value my effort and my present. I have all energy to lift the company to the other level and i have a full understanding of how a company operate and needs.time management is tge key in every espect.team work and commitment.
Pros: They love me a lot because of solutions that i have have i don't leave task unattended always acting as if im the only person in the company.helping willing to make my collègues understand and value their work
Cons: I can work day.night shift and overtimes without compalins
