Very challenging
This is a company which entails one to be selfless and have the patients of Job. As a collections clerk one is dealing with clients daily over the phone, via emails and face-to-face. To make sure that the client is happy and by doing so this can only be when client has received their finished goods with no mistakes. The working environment is created by oneself meaning, you have to be a people's person not just for clients but for you to do well with the other workers. Everyone needs everyone else. You learn how to solve queries on your feet, find ways to make your job earlier and work faster. You get an inside in the system they use which is built to make your job easier bit it's not so all the time. I enjoy the different characters one comes across daily and the relationships being built or established between different clients . Wanting to keep everyone happy and be Superman is rather challenging.

There has been so much to learn and I have grown personally and career wise.
My work starts at 8:00 to 17:00 manday to friday , no over time allowed We are are small sales division and being an account mananger takes time as those already there have been there for years hence growth is limited. What I love most is the feeling of knowi. G that you have a family away from home. Challenges are there as it is busy and you end up knocking off very late . We close for one week during December. Bonuses are paid December. We get commission on the 7the of every month according to branding conversion achieved. I am a very dedicated, smartworker, bubbly person who is always willing to grow.

Job not career
Amrod is a good place to work if you're just looking for a job and not a career. There is room for growth but only up to so far. They are very stingy with salary and annual increase makes no difference whatsoever. It's also a very unforgiving environment. Employees are constantly being fired over the littlest things. I did learn a lot though in my time there, so it's not all bad. They offer a lot of training to employees which is a good thing.

Excellent learning curve, I gained a lot of experience and grew mentally
I believe that my current and previous employment has prepared me for this position . My strength lie in being a fast learner, pro active, sociable and an organised individual. I am able to think strategically, work well both independently and within a team.

Excellent learning curve
Looking for a company with lots of growth and which is closer to home. I enjoy sales and any form of Customer service I am also good in any form of office work. I work well in a team as well when working alone. Im energetic and ready to learn and grow as an individual as well as with the company.

Striving for success our motto
Amrod is a very good working place which taught me a lot of skills such as punctuality,communication skill and leadership skills etc. working long hours is also one of the challenges we do experience but Amrod has a good team like us,so that is one of the good things we are good at. Being at the top is our prority

Brilliant
I enjoyed working at my previous company because it was all about working together as one family we were indeed a great team wow what I will never forget about my previous company is that winter it was our busy season so we use to go home late because of unplanned overtime to make sure we have meet our target and deadline so that our customers they will remain happy as they always comes first I have learned so much especially in reaching our target as an individual avoiding making mistakes in busy season always deliver in time to our customers what I enjoyed most is when we were working as a team helping one another without minding the time to nock off has arrived most challenged times it was winter because we always have more customers than in summer so we must deliver in time and the will be more job coming when thinking you're done.
