Good for growth and experience

Affinity Health is place well suited for those just starting out in the job market looking to gain work experience. However the expectations are high and the responsibilities are not clear. The culture is great and easy to get used to. In terms of salary it's not market related.

Great learning path

Affinity health has been a stepping stone. I have learned to be both professional and patient. The company is managed by good young people that understand culture. My biggest challenge would be the long hours. But other than that it is a good place to work for.

Excellent learning curve,

Affinity health helps with skill uplifting, also product changes from time to time which challenges one so need to be able to adapt to change .mostly work on target based structures and team work

Busy day, good relation, working under pressure, client satisfaction, long hours

Busy a busy company with lot of pressure and long hours of work good working relationship, poor salaries as compared to work load maximum work pressure and staff burnout

It was an experience

It was an excellent experience An opportunity to learn about cold calling and insurance industry. Very little opportunity for growth. I didn’t want to work on the sales floor but I was inference no alternative. I feel like I could have excelled in other positions

It is a leaning curve

Set and monitor daily target. Do training and coaching with the team. Share some of the responsibilities amongst as team leaders. I learn everyday on developing agents to do better on their current positions. Training and coaching as when improvingpp is what's more important to me. Mthe most challenging aspect is when you have to motivate a person that doesn't want to be helped nor want to be there anymore.

Excellent company to grow within

Well my typical work today was fun most of the time relationship with my co-workers was lovely everyone from supervisor to manage everyone was so friendly and we were really a true family always at home.I have learned to work as a team nd to respect more we always had team building to get to know each other more.
