Excellent
I worked in various departments in my current company I can work individually and in a team. I am self motivated person who can work under pressure and put in extra hour when needed i enjoyed working with leads as they produce sales results. The most challenging aspects is when we do not have enough leads for agents The most typical day is when our vici is not working.
Pros: My effort will prove if i need a promotion

Good learning curve
My name is Noxolo Masilompane, a 23 year old Lady that is married with 1daughter. I have worked in different companies which I know how to act in a working environment. I am a team player again enjoy working alone because I get to face challenges within the business. I have worked mostly with insurance and selling. I have learned mostly how to handle clients, and handle objections I have learned that I was there to work for my family not to make friends. I have worked so good with my supervisors because I listened to them and used their advises and techniques given.I enjoyed early meetings because that's where we were motivated mostly in how good we were when coming to our job.

Great opportunity. Just looking for something closer to home.
My typical work day includes receiving calls from doctors to confirm benefits for Affinity Health members. Creating invoices for companies. Adding, amending and cancelling members' policies. Reports for sales executives. Daily and weekly reports. Working on CRM. Working with PAMC, DRC and Mediscor. I have a great team (small department) and we work well together, it does however limit one in terms of growth. The most challenging part is that it is very far from where I live. What I enjoy the most is that you are assigned your own companies to service therefore you stay in the loop on what is happening. I also enjoy invoices since I love numbers. I have improved my skills on Excel since works there and my typing speed has improved.

Salary growth
Salary growth is only given once a year despite how hard you work and the long hours you put in. This discourages all the employees and the reason for a high rate of resignation within the workplace. Employees always grab new opportunities which the company cannot offer financially. Career opportunity growth is also poor and mostly offered to people who have worked there longer than you (hypothetically speaking). Work performance is not also rewarded for and neither is it recognized. Company also terminates employments as they please especially if you are seen as a threat yet without proper and concrete evidence and investigation. Company does Not come highly recommended for employment it building a career.

Insite into upper management
Has really brought out my strengths as a personal assistant, to be more than my manager needs and improved my skills on regards to commercial property leasing. The company strives to improve and assist their employees with personal and career growth. I am challenged when working with our legal department and also in making decisions. I learn alot on the process to maintaining a company and steps to make it grow.

Excellent learning curve
The company has a wonderful training and development strategy, however, the on-boarding processes are still informal. The sales floor targets are set to a specific standard and requirements, which is great as you would always know and understand what is needed from your side on a daily basis. The day normally starts a bit early than usual and also ends later as you might have to set late appointments with your clients depending on their availability.

Ok company to work for
It is an ok company to work for, if there is no favouritism involved. It's a young company with a big staff turnaround with the sales department because of the salary structure.
