Excellent learning curve. Good support system. Helpful and understanding management

Do listings in the morning from 8am until 11am. Relieve tellers so that they can go to lunch. Loading the TCR machines from time to time. Back to treasury area after 14:00. Relationship with other employees is good. We work as a team. The challenging part is when you encounter a difficult client who will be shouting youu for something you didn't do at the tellers department but I try to understand his or her frustrations. I have learnt to be patient and be myself all the time. Treat everyone with respect and be fair not to judge anyone. I enjoy helping others or sharing my knowledge with others.

Pros: A good company to work for. You have to push yourself, there are so many opportunities but you have to work hard.
Cons: Long working hours as you have to wait for all the tellers to balance. We short staffed as well

Excellent experience industry and learning curve

Edwin mawelela works at an interesting industry, team work force combined and exceptional experience in clients base and working with money. I enjoy hard an challenging work as it makes it new each day. Treasury is the hardest and enjoyable job if you put focus, I mean 100% energy. I put all my effort to every task I touch.
