I've worked in diverse organizations with diverse people and diverse cultures. I value the imput of fellow workers and have learnt to communicate better and in advance when I foresee issues with deliverables. I enjoy challenging environments and the most challenging circurmstances are when I have to meet the expectations and timelines of various stakeholders who have no understanding of my processes

My career growth
I Have grown a lot at Absa in the past 4 years , I was given opportunities to expand my knowledge of product development by being offered a BA positionI started as a Programme coordinator and over the years have learned a lot about products, requirement gathering and elicitation, stakeholder management and how to maintain a relationship with management and customers, i registered for a BA course in order to have a clearer understanding of how things work, I then also requested to be given an opportunity of becoming a BA, and management granted the opportunity because I have proven to be capable and ready, management also believed that I have the right attitude to be given the opportunity.
Pros: A lot of Career growth and personal development
Cons: Very tight deadlines and working late sometimes

Great start for someone with no experience.
I work in a pressurised environment. With a lot of company policies and procedures to be followed. Which I find them interesting at times as they protect employees and the customers at the same time. I’ve learnt how to handle large volume of cash and how to deal with customers os.

Good learning experience
The company creates room for development and learning by offering continuous training and development. Sales demands can be quite overwhelming especially in these trying times. The relationship between colleagues is good and everyone has a good working relationship.

Wonderful learning experiences.
Absa is a huge company with many different opportunities for one to make a positive move in their career and an impact in people's lives, clients and customers. Great working environment
importance of the great relationship and teamwork with colleagues, I learnt to deal with worse, bad and good work experiences including the clients experiences. How to handle different kind of individuals wether colleague or client, and along the way I had lots of fun and lots of awarding moments which were my highlight. to learn the trails and behaviours of a workplace, which I only learnt the best, and my first motive was always to grow and move so that I can experience and learn a lot inside and outside of absa. It thought the importance of the great relationship and teamwork with colleagues, I learnt to deal with worse, bad and good work experiences including the clients experiences. How to handle different kind of individuals wether colleague or client, and along the way I had lots of fun and lots of awarding moments which were my highlight.

Good
The company is very small and easy to lean new things working well with the colleagues and the customer service is very awesome. And I enjoy working with their customers
