Excellent learning curve. Good support system. Helpful and understanding management

Do listings in the morning from 8am until 11am. Relieve tellers so that they can go to lunch. Loading the TCR machines from time to time. Back to treasury area after 14:00. Relationship with other employees is good. We work as a team. The challenging part is when you encounter a difficult client who will be shouting youu for something you didn't do at the tellers department but I try to understand his or her frustrations. I have learnt to be patient and be myself all the time. Treat everyone with respect and be fair not to judge anyone. I enjoy helping others or sharing my knowledge with others.

Pros: A good company to work for. You have to push yourself, there are so many opportunities but you have to work hard.
Cons: Long working hours as you have to wait for all the tellers to balance. We short staffed as well

Evolving working space

Environment is in constant mode of change. The growth trajectory is great, strategic direction is fantastic however there is a shortage of internal skills to drive the implementation of the strategy.

I am driven to get things done and supporting the vision of the organisation. Within my 19 years work experience I have embraced change and set my goals accordingly. I hold myself accountable for all that I do and hold myself to a high standard within my work.

Learning curve everyday

There were lot of opportunities to grow on my role. Until the company decided to retrench to downsize as part of cost cutting. If given an opportunity to start all over again i will give it my best again.

Excellent experience

I worked for 8 hours and it includes 45 minutes lunch, i would start by 7h00 sharp and knock off by 15h30 My relationship with my colleagues was very good I have learnt customers loyalty that is very important I would enjoy to draft the letters and them to the master of high court The most challenging part was when the clients swearing at you

I have a vast experience in Leading & Managing the delivery\supporting of managed services.

Great learning environment The banking environment pushers one to be able to work well under immense pressure. During my time in my current compony, ive learned to deal with all level of senior executive leadership, from business to IT management. Ive also learned to be able to support and really on my team. I enjoy interracting with people and resolving complex issues.

Gave a stepping stone into my current career

Really enjoyed what I did daily recently as a Business Analyst for the CAF department. The team was tight knit and we really worked together. My colleagues made it easy for one to go to work on a daily basis.

Great learning environment

it has agreat journey and an opportunity to work within the organisation and through the changes that took place which taught me that chages is not a bad thing but it needs to be embraced . being part of the organisational culture which drives one to push themselves further than were you are .
