I have a vast experience in Leading & Managing the delivery\supporting of managed services.
Great learning environment The banking environment pushers one to be able to work well under immense pressure. During my time in my current compony, ive learned to deal with all level of senior executive leadership, from business to IT management. Ive also learned to be able to support and really on my team. I enjoy interracting with people and resolving complex issues.

- I work well in a team - I always gives our dealers the best service and meet their expectations - I like to work with our dealers and to go the extra mile for them - Challenges that we face is during month ends, as we are expected to reach our targets - It gives me great pleasure when our dealers are satisfied and when we have also reached our targets. - I have learnt that anything is possible as long as you put your mind to it

Excellent learning curve
It's a challenge everyday because codes change in the environment I'm in to suit whatever is needed for business. Friendly co-workers and very user friendly environment as well. The facilities are convenient for everyone, disabled, non disabled. It can be a typical work day at times especially in the middle of the month with less hectic schedule. Pressure comes in the month end when cards are extremely used. I have learnt to code on my own without difficulties and confusion, I grew to love programming and developing from then. The seniors are really lovely people to work with because they make time to teach you the ropes and how the system works altogether.
Pros: Perfect for beginners who are trying to get into programming
Cons: A platform for no errors because you can cause the company millions

Like doing my CFE I am not scared to take on any challenges
I am one of the best Risk Mitigation officers in the country and working with recovery in home loans and vehicle finance but also getting to deal with fraud cases and tracing. I have done my CFE to move into that area and use my skills and experience to also be the best in that profession.

Excellent company to work for
My company is a good stepping stone to get into the banking industry , The work i currently do as a SQ specialist is exciting and something iv always wanted to do since i started , I have a good working relationship with my colleagues and management , I have learned alot of skills to assist me in the corporate industry. The challenging aspect of my job is getting buy-in from stakeholders

Working in a diverse environment and enjoying the different personalities
I am a people's person and enjoy not only speaking to others but listening and learning from them. You spend most of your awake time with your colleagues so i always try and make everyday a pleasant one. I always try to avoid conflict as it can lead to unpleasantness and thankfully have never been in that situation. Work could be stressful at times but I've learnt to always stay focused, calm and get through it to the best of my ability.

Cons: Accepting there will be unfairness and favouritism. Lack of proper training.

A Day in ABSA
My most challenging aspect was the language barriers, so to ensure that understanding was there and that all parties was on par I would encapsulate all meetings held and email step by step information as well as the detailed minutes of the meeting, with actions and dues dates. If feedback was required this would be added to the meeting minutes so that feedback and timelines are kept. I enjoyed every aspect of my work, no matter how challenging i would seek advice and try to find solutions that fits all.

Managing and motivating
A strong leader with the ability to put together a warm welcome, great service and fantastic. I act with integrity and professional, it is importance to go extra mile for the customers. I am highly knowledgeable and passionate about service and managing a team, as a true professional, I am highly ambitious and willing to learn and further myself within a role. During my career, I have been promoted from Branch administrator to specialist manager.
