My company is great company to work for, I do sales planning for a weekly and monthly to give focus indication which also allow the team that reports to me to close the gaps and improve on their performance on daily basis, I have good working relationships with my co workers,we do have disagreement and we deal with that, we have poor performer which we also address that helps in improving business performance, I do business development where I open stop order facilities build. And maintain relationship with different companies, I do disciplinary proceedings for employees who are not adhering to company policies, I'm also responsible for recruitment process

Cons: I work flexible hours, some day I would for 12 hours depening on my route planner whether im traveling far some day I would work for 9 to 10hours anf other day it can a normal 8 hours or less, I also work saturday where requiresd

I accept hard work and pressure not only as a challenge but also as a judgement of my abilities. I believe that my knowledge would be beneficial to any Company and lack thereof will be compensated by my enthusiasm to learn. A Day in ABSA
My most challenging aspect was the language barriers, so to ensure that understanding was there and that all parties was on par I would encapsulate all meetings held and email step by step information as well as the detailed minutes of the meeting, with actions and dues dates. If feedback was required this would be added to the meeting minutes so that feedback and timelines are kept. I enjoyed every aspect of my work, no matter how challenging i would seek advice and try to find solutions that fits all.

end to end monitoring of applications, pulling daily and monthly reports, overall health check of systems/applications and report to senior management a very healthy working relationship with a bit of mentoring to juniors, I have learnt to be goal driven, dedicated and be supportive at all times work life balance with option to work from home on Fridays has improve both my family employer relationship and there is a significant improvement of absenteeism. because 100% compliance, I have to make sure that my system report accurately for all Sanctions related reports and that it is available at all times..

i am currently working in the Fraud Department, temping under an agency. i started of as an Internet Banking Agent moved to Fraud, which is a very challenging department, where one has to assist client and be able to think on your feet. i have learnt a lot from the atmosphere, great how we assist each other on the floor.

Managing a team of 35+ staff to provide excellent sales and sevice solutions to all clients. I managed all risk and compliance in the branch environment successfully. I love interacting with both staff and customers. To be able to think outside the box to provide solutions to both staff and customers. I have learned to manage my branch as my own retail outlet with all the aspects of a retail outlet, including managing a budget and grow the business to optimise profit. I love motivsting and grow people to optimise their potential, because through empowered staff we can achieve all our service, sales and growth goals together
