My work day is basically meeting Healthcare Professionals daily. Every One of them are very different in their outlook and their relationship with Me is based on trust and honesty.My relationship with My co workers is a very friendly One , My co workers are very Young and offend come to Me for advise on anything and have trust in Me to give them an honest opinion based on My own Life experiences.I enjoy all aspects of My job and love to learn about new information about My products to better My learning skills. I have learnt to adapt to changes quickly as this Healthcare industry is changing everyday.I sometimes meetup with very difficult Customers and they refused to negotiate certain things and that"s when I use My experiences Shop steward skills to broker a deal with Them and achieve My targets set for the day.

Pros: You get to learn daily about new products and how to negotiate with the Healthcare provides.
Cons: They employ to many inexperience Staff.

There is room for growth and management is great. The company morale is nice.

The company is very well run, the management is very helpful when needed. I feel lucky to have the respect I do and the trust from my company. There are great opportunities. Available.
