Collection Administrator Submitting of invoices and following up on payments due. Creating invoices on pastel and sending to suppliers. Finance/ Debtors Handling company petty cash. Reconciliations Cashbook Creating of Tax Invoice Creating of PO,s Company Recons Creditors reconciliations Filing in of cheque Reconciliations Receptionist Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately; Notifying company personnel of visitor arrival; maintains security and telecommunications system. Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Booking for flights and hotel for the Directors and staff personnel.
