Excellent learning curve

As DDM the respobility is to secure good project workflow from tender stage to deliverable. In doing so it requires project BIM set up and controls for different disciplines and teams.

Excellent exposure to various African countries.

I love working with Maddy, She is one of the best support I ever worked with. thank you Your assistance with sending us monthly forex rates and following up on prepayment accounts. Always provides any service that I request from her timeously. She is also very supportive & always gives any assistance I request from her. She is a pleasant person to work with. You have demonstrated ability, team spirit, and a lot of desire to grow within the Aurecon team and organization. You always arrive early and you are always available to help the team. You are a great example to follow! In the future explore more the search of some questions. Congratulations, Maddy! Maddy is trustworthy and always willing to assist with the workload and do so with enthusiasm and competency. I greatly appreciate her support as colleague.

Thick skin developed.

All in all it has been a great experie great working team that produces good results. Grrat cusyomer/clients relationship. Work dynce. Were good and work hours were reasonable but could be made fair for all. Good salary for a biginner in the industry.
