My work experience

My hard work and integrity provide me with an orderly approach towards my duties. I have a good relationship with everyone I work with , I am an easy going person , working with my company for such a long time has taught me so much I was faced with various situation both hard and easy and was able to tackle both gracefully , I have the ability to work under pressure. Everyday at work is challenging with new lessons but for me its what make my day more fruitful . I do have days when I feel like I am drowning but I manage to swim through it. My most challenging part of my job is getting people to provide me with information that needs to be submitted on deadline , it is very difficult but I eventualy do meet my deadline. I work very well in a team I do consider myself a team player. I do wish I am given the opportunity for the above mentioned job , I want to get closer to Midrand area

Good employer-employee relationship.

Is a very exciting and engaging work environment. Fast paced with a need to deliver not only quantity but quality output as well. Good working relationship with colleagues of all background. Vast room for personal development. The company offers both external and internal training Pause areas have Coffee machines and coaches to relax Employees need to put more of personal time to exceed expectations.

Excellent learning curve

Firstly, team work is everything, I have a good relationship with my team and the brokers too, I grew so much technically in the past 2 and half years, got exposed to how to underwrite/analyze an assets policy,motor fleet, even got exposed to other products like farmers product, the most challenging aspect of my job was to implement ideas and strategies, and then to find out they have been dismissed by executive. Overall review, the role is amazing and challenging
