No room for proffessional growth

Capturing weighbill slips for 12 trucks ( +-4loads/truck), hr files, safety file, creditors, emailing,scanning, arrange documents for rotran induction, preparing drivers schedule, ppe ordering and issuing. I have learnt to prepare a safety file and and the operations skills

Pros: Payday is stable
Cons: No overtime nor motivation or benefits

Very challenging environment,good relationship with co-workers though sometimes bad communication.

ThThThe work load is too much. Communication between empco-workers is good though at times terrible. There is nothing much Ive learnt since I am a self starter. The most thing I enjoy is when grooming other cowworkers to know office suite. The most challenging aspect is when the bos is givingsame assignment to different employees at the same time.

Pros: there is a great opportunity of salary increment
Cons: too much work load
