In the 1st few years it was great then things went south after that

In the 1st few years it was great then things went south after that but now i want to leave the company cause I was promised a promotion and a salary increase and a supervisory role but it was all lies

Excellent job

Im a very hard work n respectfull perso n i never get any of disciplinary hearing ever since im working here,n im enjoying to travel n working with kind people is what im always happy at work

Pros: I will be very happy if my application can be asepted

Excellent learning Curve

Planning Routes, Planning Staff, Brief Drivers and Assistants, Cold Canvas Potential clients, make appointments, Visit existing clients, Track and trace waybills & Trucks, advise ETAs, Calculate Fuel Consumption, Advise Drivers who are excessive, Deal with 3rd party subcontractors, Deal with Suppliers. Co-workers are friendly and helpful. Something new to learn everyday. The days are never slow. Making enough new sales is challenging.

Cons: Opposition companies are a big challenge
