Excellent opportunity to nurture interpersonal and communication skill

I work as a Brand Activation Supervisor at ZPR Media Junxion where my main responsibilities are coordinating and managing activations for different clients including Nokia, MTN, Vodacom, Clover cheese, Kenwood and many more. Over and above all working for ZPR has awarded me with the ability to work very well with a large team. I am often required to train and motivate brand ambassadors to reach maximum results for our clients. This position has enabled me to sharpen my skills in personal and direct selling while tailoring specific messages for different target market. As much as the is very little room for growth in this company i enjoy working and interacting with different people on a daily basis

Pros: Excellent opportunity to interact with potential clients and learn how to approach different clients with a different message
Cons: No room for growth and creativity

Professional Skills and Lessons.

The company taught me great people's skills and how to behave and cope in a professional working environment. Working with them also taught me how to independently work on my own as well as working well as part of a team which included but not limited to taking instruction respectfully and timely from authority. Mostly they taught me about having respect for time, meeting deadlines, and always arriving timeously for meetings and shifts. What was most challenging was when there was no stock in store, or when the supervisor did not arrive in time to write their reports.
