Fantanstic learning experience, tought me to manage my people to the best of my abilities.

Depending on the size of the project i always make a point of it to know my management inside and out. we have enough meetings to discuss whats needed. Communication is one of the most important aspects of a site!!

Pros: Good salary
Cons: Work away from home 4 to 5 months at a time
