Hands on responsibilities

Review and assist in client invoicing and suppliers invoice creation into the systems. Responsible to review bank and suppliers reconciliation. Responsible for Monthly Management accounts with % variances against budget and prior year. EXCO report preparation on a monthly basis. Assist the CFO with the Flash and Monthly report to head office. This has created a good relationship with HODs of different units in the business as well as the Head office seniors. Staff management has also created a good relationship to mentor and develop individuals in good performance which contribute to the departmental overall performance results. Handling of Petty cash and reconciliation. Payment online banking (EFT) weekly & monthly. Preparation for both internal and external audit. Handling HR administration has also added value in handling employees queries and daily HR matters which lead to find myself enjoying to resolve issues and that is a learning curve for me to

Pros: Always stand in for a CFO in her absence
Cons: Standing grounds in ensuring compliance in both finance and HR controls .

Communication and meeting deadlines

Good day My Company is a IT Company where we monitor Gambling Machines all over South Africa, We work with all the Gambling Boards Including the National Gambling Board. The National Gambling Board is our Regulator in the industry. Our company was a tender Given to us by the government to monitor all the gambling Machines. we need to do check the system in the morning that everything is reporting according and if there are any errors we the correct them. we sent the reporting to our customers as prove. in my role I need to make sure that if in the system there is an error, I then need to pull that specific record on the system and correct it then put it back to the systems. I enjoy my work so much and I enjoy a job that is a bit challenging because it helps me to grow and develop myself. with my co-workers we always work as team thats why we have less customer complaint

I am a qualified Skills Development Facilitator registered with CATHSSETA for the company I currently work for. I am also a Compliance Officer. I have Training and Development Management certificate with UCT, a Train the Trainer Certificate, Project Management certificate and a Law diploma. I’m currently on my 3rd year doing LLB. My strength has always been the passion I have to build this country through education and training. I travelled all over the country training Department of Justice on End User Computing and Jutastat from May 2002 to October 2004. I am currently working for Zonke Monitoring Systems as a Training & Compliance Officer managing Skills Development. I administrate and monitor all training, assist with SETA Grants, tax concessions and skills development.
