Excellent learning curve

Best learning experience

I enjoyed working with the Company and was given an opportunity to train new staff due to my experience and achievements and the role I played within the Company as the best team player in all department s but it was said for my department to be closed and we where All Retrenched

Have Excellent customer care service

Call clients on outstanding Arrears on there Accounts Make sure i make budget deal with Queries Naedos change of banking details I get along my co-workers,work as a team together To humble Yourself when dealing with clients,at the end of the day they pay Your salary also to resolve any issues in a professionally manner I love coming to work,meeting people on a daily basis To be honest,most challenging part of my job is getting client to pay,when they out of a job

Excellent learning curve

2 years at Zonefitness and I have learnt so many things from the members themselves and my work Colleagues. I have come to understand the value of providing a service to customers and problem solving. I surely have learnt a great deal, even coming to working with receptionist and sales.

Challenges with difficult members

In Future i wont recommend anyone to Zonefitness because they dont really care about the next person its almost like they dont have a heart if it dont evolve around them then whatever you ask or say doesnt matter

Pros: Its a awesome place to work at always meet new people from different Countries

Good

Working with Zonefitness have been good you learn everyday ,we teach each other everyday as we all know no one in this world is perfect but for the business to go we much make sure everyone knows what to and they came to work for. I have good relationship with my co-workers i am that person who is straight forward i do laugh and joke with people to keep the business healthy. I have not have any challenges with my work since i started working for this company.
