Leaning curve and to learn something new

Manage income and expenses to budget . Manage the services the club offers o Manage fitness instructors/ member induction program/ member retention strategy. o Schedule part time/casual instructors. o Manage reception staff and ensure there is always full team. o Manage contract agreement . Manage facilities  Ensure equipment is in good working order, manage a preventative maintenance programme.  Ensure clubs always clean and would pass Health and Safety inspection.  Schedule MOD shifts and ensure MOD are properly trained. Members Ensure clean, well maintained facility for members. Deal with member queries and member interaction. Meet member’s expectations at all times Conducting performance reviews, take appropriate action to correct staff behavior. Follow ops manuals,  Ensure that the staff compliment is 100% and correct staff is employed.  Training session must be done on a weekly basis. Ensure club receives enough training Complete reports, upload reports

Excellent Experience

quick moral boosting meeting with my team. That is followed up by one on one 10 minute meeting with each sales person to discuss how they are tracking . From this meeting we establish weakness and strengths and I provide solutions to rectify any shortfalls to minimize the risk of missing their individual targets. this process is usually completed between 12 & 1pm. Thereafter daily stats report is completed by myself and submitted to the Director. The administration division submits reports on any pending contracts as this needs to be resolved to ensure a successful debit order run. At around 2:00pm I follow up with the sales team to establish upon appointments seen for the day. From 3:30pm I handle all queries, cancellations & customer service. I am stern when required and have empathy for them when dealing with life challenges. I'v learnt that each person has to be managed differently. I've learnt to get to know each individual to analyze what motivates and demotivates them.

Excellent Learning Curve

The Company i work at is a gym,we basically into the field of customer service, on a daily basis we deal with different clients with different Queries that is what i do on a daily basis. My Relationship with my Colleagues is good in an extent that we always there for each other at a time of need. What i have learnt in my Job is to always be calm and always be respectful towards your colleagues as well as the Members,to always find the best solution in whatever matter at hand. What i enjoy most is resolving Queries as i feel its one of my strongest points. Most Challenging Aspects is when you have to deal with difficult members who don't give you a chance to let you do what you are best at as well as working with people who are only at work to make Money.

Pros: Able to follow up and Solve Queries and Working Long Hours
Cons: When working long hours i tend to lose concentration

Excellent Learning Curve

First of all i work in a fitness related industry where everyday you get to deal with different people with different approaches and personalities. Typical work day for me is doing all that's in my job description and that is customer service,there are days that are harder than the others but in the end its all due to happen and i enjoy being at work so much. My relationship with my colleagues is good as we work well together though at times there are arguments within the team but we have a good relationship going on. Working at Zonefitness has taught me to listen carefully,handle all queries professionally and carry myself in a professional manner as well. What i enjoy most is helping the members with their queries,going the extra mile to achieve the standards set by Zonefitness. Most challenging aspect of my Job is when i feel i failed to resolve a query or when i have logged it to my superiors and they dont take it as priority.

Pros: Customer Service Training,Able to carry out queries professionally,interacting with the members,ensuring that the best customer service is given to members.
Cons: sometimes you work long hours

A ok place to start

What i have found is everyone is having the same issue working to much no day off in the week which is not stated in our contracts. Under paid even if your doing your best. What ive learnt is its better to work smarter and not harder. A typical work day would include having a 10 min with the sales manager than make atleast 100 calls or go out looking for leads or setting up promo tables. And if you should get a sale people will go so far as to fraud contacts with your sale just so you dont get it the staff is nice as ling as your not getting sales. The most difficult part of the job is to find sales with no leads than in the same week not be able to leave to find more leads because your not making sales or going to places where you can make sales as its a "privilege".

Receptionist

[ ] The best part my day , is working a communicating, explaining , assisting people. I'm all about service. If our members are happy I'm happy. Obviously it's not everyday that I win the situation to get a smile from certain members due to the disappointing policies and procedures that they weren't properly aware of. I always tried my best to keep my team on a energetic vibe , if they are happy , we all can work well together. I'm a fast learner , a good listener and a team player. Certain people do not read contracts all they do is sign, up until they get into a situation and we as receptionist has to take them through their own contract they signed on. Some of these members enter the gym upset and leaves upset ,it makes me upset too. Yet I can not save everybody. I'm Definitely a people's person. I'm not complaining , I love myself for who I am and how I am. Every situations teaches me something new

Great interactive environment

Gives the opportunity to interact with various goal driven individuals from various cultural backgrounds. I had a good posititive relationahip with my fellow co-workers. Thos job has taught me more ways to survive when working under pressure as the gym is always packed, especially in the mornings and afternoons. It is very satisfying and heartwarming when a client is happy with results of your training, or rather when they reach their desired goals. The morninga shifts are the most challenging for me as an insividual. This is because I so not own a vehicke to take to and back from work, therefore getting to work around 5am to open at half past is not an easy thing when your have to catch a taxi/bus first.

Pros: Most part of the job includes working with people in collective numbers and with great understanding healthy interpersonal relationships with my co-workers and clients, my job is very productive.
Cons: Standing for an extended period of time.

Experience

I'd sit down open my emails and check if there are any things that needed to be addressed, if so then address what needs to be done. If there were none, then I'd continue my morning routine by extracting data from the website and import it into our google sheets front end where we have custom formulas to showcase the data that was imported.. From time to time my manager with whom i shared an office with just talked and discussed all the projects that needed to be undertaken and what our goal is for the week and what well like to achieve. The most I've learned is to adapt to whats is needed to be done and be creative as what the directors want to know and how to present and get that data can often be challenging. The thing i enjoyed the most collegues as well as the feeling of taking on a project and making it work and seeing the whole company using it.

Pros: Wanting to develop more
Cons: can be very occupied by others mistakes and having to continuesly rectifying it which delays projects

I'm a quick learner,willing to anything,in the best way that I can.

I see myself has a hard-working individual,who only strives for the best. I am a quick learner and always do everything to the best of my ability. I'm friendly and a easy person to get along with.
