Gained lot of experience

I have developed and implemented the standard for quality that are used by both Sales, administration and Customer Service. In addition I have worked closely with other departments including Banking, Sales, invoicing and Quotations. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationship with all departments. I have ability to multitask and work within a team as well as across-team. -Ability to work independently and use initiative, -SAP System Certificate with Experience -Claims submission -Organizing of events and meeting Knowledge of Medical Aids procedures -PA experience and Certificates -Data Capture/Processor experience -Customer service orientation -Good administration skill,-Scheduling/planning experience/affinity with numbers/telephone etiquette.

Pros: I would love to work in environment where i can grow in carrier wise
Cons: Hard working

Good learning curve

Quite an exciting working environment with challenges on a day to day basis. The workers are friendly It gives room for career growth.I can say the company has a good reputation for caring for its employees. The most challenging aspect of the job is the fact that some jobs can overlap to overtime working whereas this requires an emergency shift which sometimes inconvenience but its OK.

Pros: great opportunity to grow skill
Cons: Long hours
