Great learning experience

Working with Zone 6 venue was a great experience. The pressure was a lot as it was a club that had events every weekend and it challenged me to work to the best of my capabilities. It taught me patience and customer satisfaction. The most challenging aspect was dealing with customers who were rude but as a manager I had to accommodate them and be nice and remember that the customer must always feel welcome. I enjoyed dealing with different personalities and working with my fellow co-workers as we all worked hard to accomplish the main goal.

It is well and a learning curve to gain work experience.

It's a nice environment to work in, it has it own challenges. Workers there are life friends, very welcoming and work as a team. I've gained so much experience , learnt few basics on how to treat customers and dealing with different kind of people and personalities. I enjoy my job by assisting customers to their different needs , I'm at peace when I'm there. Customer service at times it hard because sometime we don't get back the same respect we give out or even a simple thank plus salary is one of the challenging aspect.
