Kept busy.

We started work at 06h00 in the morning. I would gather my tools as necessary read layouts, cutting to size and ensemble. We worked welll together as a team and there was enough to keep eveyone busy. Management could improve communication towards workers.

Pros: Good hard work.
Cons: Irregular payment.

Possible improvement in job section

What I like about being a Boilermaker is that there is always challenges in the job. You don't always get the drawings that they are 100% correct so you got to work around the problem. The job must get done and finished in time given. Out on site working with earth moving machines or doing maintenance or erecting steel structure is my strong suit. There is always a time factor, and for me it is that the job must be done before the time and safely

Pros: I have worked myself up in a company due to the hard work and knowledge about the job.
Cons: Waiting for our salary that is not paid on time
