I'm hard working professional services technician with respect and knowing what he is doing my job is to repair and service electronics equipment and I'm also install security equipment

Great learning experience

I work mostly in the repairs department whereby I fix,do fault finding and solving problems. I sometimes work as technical support as I communicate with client when they need assistance. I enjoy what I do. My challenges is when I have difficulty finding a fault sometimes because devices differ.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn more about biometrics
Cons: Long hours, travel distance

I have had the opportunity to learn and grow in the feld i am currently learning

Working with people is my favorite part of any day The fact that i can communicate with people and help them is a great opportunity I am a friendly and very professional person when it comes to a work place

Pros: Working with people and being organised
Cons: Coming in early to get more work done and no one sees my hard work
