We were packing files according to the years according ascending order, me and my colleagues we were very close we managed to work as team to keep work going avoid conflicts by all means. What I've learned is that you have to meet deadlines and work According time or have time management . I enjoyed working as a team because we had to move files as team of 5, so working as team I did enjoy because of different ideas we had we'd put them together. most challenging part about the job was that we would put in the files According how we were told after some time someone from the department would come and say we should re arrange the files again, we would do same thing over and over again
