Java print is a well know printing company similar to Zippy labels. I am an internal sales consultant. It is very busy. The people is hardworking and nice especially the factory staff. In the two month I've learned to work on the invoicing system (Palladium) I've learned a lot. I gained more knowledge in Systec as well.

Pros: There is no room to grow. Everybody is at a certain position and will unfortunatly stay there due to the size of the company. And i would like to work where there is growth.
Cons: The working hours is 7 - 4 and you can work overtime but there is no overtime paying for office staff.

Family Owned Small Business

The biggest challenge with a family owned business is the inconsostamcy im procedures. Tje rules amd regulations are flexable. Small company where most of employees need to jump in and assist where necessary. e The biggeat

Pros: Small company where everyone knows everyone. Possible to change the productions to assist customers in need.
Cons: Procedure aren't always followed and lack pf access to information
