Excellent learning opportunities

Working at Zimele technologies is the greatest thing that has ever happened in my career. Zimele is a great company that offer's it's employees chance to go out there and meet directly with clients and of course having to shadow experienced seniors in the industry. my relationship with my co-workers is perfect, they are always there as an when I need some assistance related to my work and outside my work. working at Zimele has taught me to work on my own, to use my time more efficiently, working extra hours. what I enjoy most working at Zimele is the fact that everyone is friendly, before you are sent to projects, we are asked what we would like to do as opposed to being forced to do what we would not like or enjoy. having to work extra hours and sometimes on weekends is the most challenging aspect.

A typical day

A typical day at work would be driving to a site to set up a training room for learners up to 150. Im consist Anat with my energy throughout the day. I get along with everyone in the office and thrive on my big and bold personality. I have good conflict management skills and very confident at all times at the office. I have learned to work independently alot at Zimele Technologies as we train on different sites and I have learned to manage troubleshooting on my own. I have learned to be more Emotionally Intelligent much more than before. The thing I enjoy most is Facilitation. I enjoy people and assisting them learn using different methodologies. For me the most challenging aspect of my job is when I'm experiencing major technical issues but I always have a ice breaker or an activity at hand.

Overview

A typical day at work would include designing: - the website - marketing material for the company - making amendments to existing artwork - creating artwork according to clients specifications I have a good relationship with workers I have learnt a new skill of teaching myself to work with Wordpress I enjoy the company culture and the good people at the company Challenges I face are not having a manager to report to or work with
