Excellent learning curve

I am currently working as an Assistant Safety Office. We are working 8 hours per day from 07:30 to 16:30, which make 40 hours per week. I have a good relationship with my co-workers, we also developed team work spirit. I have learnt that we need to make safety as our culture/ priority to reduce incidents and produce good quality of work to our clients. When I'm working in the office I'm enjoying doing filling ( comply safety file, RAS Audit file, inspection file, tender documents). When I'm working onsite I'm enjoying site audit whereby I will check if all the inspections are done. The most challenging aspects of my job it's when I have to deal with the different behaviours of the community members (public), and in some cases they are expecting a lot from us (contractors), whereby they will even include things that were not covered in the scope of work from the client.

Learning curve

I am an Assistant Safety Officer at Zim Electrical. We are working five (5) days per week from Monday to Friday. I have a good relationship with my co-workers both in the office and on site. I have learnt it's always good to be willing to learn in my workplace, as I am learning new things everyday. The most task that I am enjoying in my position is to do filling, whereby I will create a safety file for all the new projects, create a file for Risk Assessment System (RAS) Audit and create a file with all the new employees details. When I am working on site, I'm enjoying to do site audits whereby I will check if the risk assessment for the day are being done, correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is being worn and check if the site is complying with the safety, health and environmental requirements. The most challenging part is when we are meeting some members of the community with more expectation which are not included on the client scope of work.

Excellent learning curve

I was working for Zim Electrical C.C. as an Assistant Safety Officer. We were working 8 hours per day, from 07:30 until 16:30. I was having a good relationship with the co-workers as we were building good relationship through team work. I have learnt that is good to share your knowledge with other employees as you will not know everything in the work place. When I'm working in the office, I'm enjoying doing filling whereby will create new files for all the new employees, file details of the new employees for company record and do filling for audits. When I'm working on site, I'm enjoying doing site audits whereby I will check is the site is complying to the laws and regulations required and if all the inspections are being done. The most challenging aspects of my job is when I will get some members of the community with more expectations than what is on the scope of work from the client.
