Excellent career move

Relationship with coworkers is excellent. i enjoy working here however the workload is not commensurate with the pay. the expectations for the role are quite high. This has been a great career move for. i have an opportunity to grow even further in my career.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth
Cons: Company does not want to pay market related salaries for HR Manager
