NaThere is not place in the company to grow. People don't get treated equally and don't have any assistance from management to guide staff in the correct direction.

Good Skills Development

During the day you basically have few instructions and request for collection and deliveries and getting updates from the driver. The only time when your day start it's when you start with your routes for next day . Team work is essential for controlling department for a better service to clients. You learn to understand and appreciate your coworkers are the best family ever had, we spent most of our life's communicating and advising each other. The challenges are hard but you learn to be always on guard, for instance when you plan your days you always leave a space to breathe in case you need to change and re route your planning.

Pros: Team work and guidance in nurturing talent and skills
Cons: Working on throughout the year with limited off days

I do best all the times and make sure I have a good relationship with operations.

I have a good relationship with my co-workers. I have learnt a lot about freight industry. Air freight, Sea freight, and again my role as Creditors Clerk. I enjoy having a good relationship with my colleagues and my work being up to date.

Pros: There are opportunities for promotions
Cons: Only working hours at monthend as we will processing all invoices for the month
