It's been challenging to fix a machine knowing it's been faulty. I now know the things that should be done and what steps to follow in different situationsnt new things every day at work. Pros: I get 3 days off so I get to sort out many household priorities. I meet new people and I learn from them. I gained a lot of composure in situations when machines stress me out.
Cons: Often weekends are when sports gets played around the world and I love watching sports.

Excellent learning curve

I have a good relationship with my co workers, I always have an open door policy, My technical ability always gives me the upper hand. Over 15 years I have learnt alot and always share what I have learned with my staff. I have a passion for Manufacturing and the challenges that came with it I had solutions for it.

Pros: I was always considered when a promotion was due
Cons: Long working hours as well as weekends

Good skill development

Zibo is a very good company that helps develop its employeesb into better technicians and also appreciates and acknocknowledges its hardworking employees,i starrted working for the company in late 2015 and i have gone from being a junior to a senior maintenance techchnician through hard work and the help of my co-workers.so besides the long hours Zibo is a gret company to work and learn.

I work well with my collueges its just that i feel the money they offer is too little for so much work alot is expected from me at times but i have learn how to be creative and think for myself Im currently still studying part time and that's why i see the most need to wake up and be at work every day to further my invest in my career

HI, IM NKULULEKO CODESSA NOMPUMZA I WAS A THEMORFORMING SETTER IN ZIBO CONTAINER FOR A SHORT TIME I START TO WORK THERE ON JUNE AS A TRAINING SETTER I WORK WITH DIFFERENT PEOPLE I WAS WORKING MONDAY TO FRIDAY 7HOO TOO 16HOO SO I WAS CHANGING SHIRFT EVERY WEEK I WAS HAVING A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH ONE OF THE LEADER AND THEY END UP PUTTING ME ON HIS SHRIFT I WAS ENJOYING TO WORK WITH MY CO-WORKERS I LEARN TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE HOW TO DO A MOUND CHANGE BECAUSE ITS NOT LIKE THE SAME ONE I WAS DOING AT PAILPAC AND ALSO HOW TO SETT A STACKER,CUTTING STATION

Good learning experience

Maintenance technician responsible for the maintenance jobs in the plant and all the engineering jobs in the plant and previously I've been working for Rhodes Food Group as a Sinour Maintenance Technician responsible for all maintenance break down on shift.

Its a good company

The company is growing every year and us by as as workers we don't so this means that the company is benefiting while us we dwhich is not good for work to see the company growth when you are inside but you don't grow and also things change every time sometimes without letting know the staffon't benefit

Great working experience

The company is a great company to work for. I get a lot exposure. The company services a large part ofthemarket. The only problem is that I don't see career growth, I'm going to be in the same position for long.
