My 9 Years’ experience in the IT Sector has taught me a great deal about dealing with customers. I have developed strong problem-solving skills, honed my ability to manage conflict and deal with demanding individuals and polished my communication and negotiations skills. I am keen to utilize my passion for excellent customer service and technology in providing the best possible experience for your corporate client. I have started as a Mid-level IT engineer and after 9 months promoted Sales and Account Management, I am passionate about Learning new skills and I have completed a number of training courses. I have developed a strong skill set including of Effective communication, Negotiations and Client expectations, credit controlling, Key account management and sales training adding to the 7 years IT Specialist. I am eager to make full use of this in a medium to large working environment. I am a Team player but can be innovate and think outside the box.

Day to day support, logging tickets and always learning something new.

Ccd Zhero is based in bringong the best technology and services to a business with Zhero wait support. Working with 1st work technology and always learning something new. I have found a passion in devops and automation with scripting. On a day to day basis we deal with support tickets and support requests and respond and solve within 24hours

Pros: Work with 1st world technology. Always working on new technology and learning more.
Cons: False promises regarding promotions and education
