I am currently working as a team leader in a production line doing assembly job on front and rear axles for the customer. I have 23 yrs experience working on a production line environment with 4yrs experience as a production team leader.

Pros: Good carreer path.
Cons: To work long hours if needed.

Willing to learn more.

I am currently working shifts and interacting with fellow co-workers to promote a good relationship with the employees. applying good Communication Skills. I have learnt to work as a team and enjoying communicating well with my constituencies. The most challenging aspects are working shifts and working with an untrained team.

Pros: Willing to learn more and good carrer path
Cons: To work long hours if needed.
