Excellent learning curve

I was privileged to be part of a team that assisted with launching a Greenfield Automotive plant in 8 months, taking axels over from Mercedes Benz South Africa. My current roles allow me to interact with both to current Mercedes Benz model, W205, and new W206 model. I have worked for Tier 1 Mercedes Benz suppliers since March 2016 and had the opportunity to work hand in hand with them.

Excellent learning curve

got so much experience.now i know so many thing 5s and standard work.safety and regulation.we had good communication skills.respect to one another.rules of the company and mission and vision of the company.when its started and how they started.it now has too many branches around south africa of which is a good thing.
