Good learning but not paying well

There are not a great company because they do not treat employees equally they have favoritism so even they the salaries are not the same when you’re doing the same job.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn
Cons: Long working of hours 7 to 4

I’m kind of person who like challenges and to learn more in my field,enjoy working as a team

As we Are the contractors for Municipality it is very challenging and interesting cause we work as a team,, installing new meters residential area, cables, lighting , stolen cables,, replacing fuses and fault finding sometimes we work till nyte due to pressure we getting from the the resident when they want the light on if there was any fault

Pros: I like to grow in the company
Cons: Working long hours won’t mind
