Excellent learning experience

This is a great place to work at, always has the latest gadgets and devices to play with, meaning breaking them apart, and putting them back together from RF scanners to portable bluetooth thermal printers.

Good expsure

I had a good career exposure at Zetes, it was different from my previous company Britehouse which is much larger and much more documented procedures, at Zetes I had to put in procedures and regulations. I unfortunately was retrenched tdue to Covid 19 and loss of revenue.

Pros: Great opportunity for learning and expanding knowledge
Cons: No procedures in place

-I am a hardworking individual, I have an ability to grow with a job, handle responsibility. - And build positive relationships with work colleagues at all levels. * How to communicate with the customer over the phone, telephone etiquette. * How to be responsible for my job. * I have learned how to conduct myself in a work place (Office environment) * I have learned to come up with a solution where is needed. - When i completed my job and bringing a solution, that makes me to enjoy. The most challenging aspects of the job is when i couldn't finish my job.

Experiences at Zetes

It was fantastic to work with Zetes employees I have learned how to Pick and Pack for Big customers like Spain, I applied skills of communication with customers of which I have grown, The most challenging aspects was when it's end of the month when customers would require huge cargo but we could manage to send the stock in time.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: 8 am till 7 pm
