Communicating professionally with my co-workers, Handling Incoming/Outgoing calls, priding myself on my commitments skills. I had learned to accommodate each and every person differently according to their own pace. I Enjoy engaging with clients and helping them with their needs and wants. The challenging aspects of the job are to expect the unexpected as my biggest achievement is yet to come.

Willing to learn from others and to share ideas

We sharing all ideas that will benefit company, clients and us as employees. Learn how to handle an angry client or colleague at the work place. I feel at second home when arrived at work on daily basis.

Pros: Doing my best to get promoted in few years
Cons: 8 hours per day or overtime if required
