Very nice company to work for but ugly management
Learned alot and enjoyed my job as a retention administrator. The company is nice to work for, straight shift, nica and short hours. No weekends. Small motivation program. Company card loaded with all the winnings obtained good motivation. However bonus depends on managers and is upon their discretion. The can be very spiteful and use their power. I did not get bonus because my team leader did not like me, for no apparent reason. When i resigned that was the only time they acted like they liked me because they realized the loss.

Being part of my current company its been great experience.
Our team start working at 10:00. I divide my day into three sessions, which is morning , mid day and late session. In these sessions i make a point to make minimum of 1 sale. At the end of the day i would yield minimum of three sales. I get along with everyone in the company from directors, cleaners and security guys. The are major things which I've learned in the organization. Thats numbers and being able to handle different types of characters. What i enjoy the most about my job being to assist clients with their needs and achieving my monthly target. The most challenging aspect about my job is making commission and have it being to deducted for policies thay have been cancelled.
Pros: Consistency in hitting ur target bracket moves you to next earning bracket.
Cons: Claw backs or policy cancellations minimizes your chances of earning more.

Learning experience
I am currently working as a Claims Assessor,I do assessing and making final claim decision, Dealing with client queries, Arrange claim payments, Interacting with medical aids and medical practitioners regarding medical history and accounts relevant to assessing the claim. I'm a good team player,I love working under pressure and i have learned that to survive in this industry you must have a careful eye for details and errors.its always a challenge to make a decision with claim that are not going to be paid and have to give valid reasons to clients.

Great exposure to further my career and claims growth in the future of the industry
I am a team player and claims are my passion. It is my intention of growing further In the industry as I have been investing in this sector for many years. Working in a team environment is and has been a great pleasure for me as I am a people oriented individual that get along with most. I am loyal to the company I am employed by and the company reputation is important to me.

Excellent learning curve
working at Zestlife is very interesting you are giving a lot of opportunity to make decisions for yourself the company is not strict regarding work processes.

Not challenging
The work its self is monotonous and not challenging at all. The process changes every day and it discourages and also the productivity counts a lot more than quantity and to me it does not make sense. Co-workers are all okay but more challenges with management as they lack management skills
Pros: Company is small don't see any growth within
