Gain an extensive knowledge for verifiction of conformity

Working under gorverment service and international trade had helped me a lot to understand several regulations of each country to protect consumers against couterfait and products that can be harmful. I learned a lot even when i go to the shops i always check expiry dates before i buy any products.

Pros: I was promoted to be a senior technical officer and also awarded a certificate of excellency 2018
Cons: When we were under presurre we normally worked weekends to get our work done

A learning curve was always look at the hear of a company before you except a offer to work there

Typical day work will start at 7 in the morning, outstanding stock, late delivery, technical information the off to visit your planned call sheet, must visit 6 to 8 customers daily, also follow up on new queries have to go to the office to sort out problems, managers set up meetings without looking at your diary, Fridays planning for next week ,country trips once a month, call reports , Relationship with co-workers very minimal, only on Fridays. Havel learned that Companys put the wrong people in Managerial positions and that makes your daily work not possible Enjoy the most the product that the Company sell, very well placed in the market, but managed wrongly (stock levers, wrong product market) Most challenging aspects were to get management to understand the market out there.

Cons: Exspect to take customers every weekend to sport events

Good Challenges and excellent learning potentail

Productive day from ensuring the purchasing department is in line with the manufacturing schedule. Ensuring materials needed for the days are delivered. Excellent relationship with all staff. Hard work and Perseverance pays off Alignment of different facets of a manufacturing environment to ensure maximum productivity is achieved

To work for a big company you get the experience of working with different people with different currectors and to be responsible for what you've appointed to.

Pros: No opportunities for growth in big companies
Cons: I enjoy working late because that's when you can prepare for the next day

Good for skills development

I have learned to work under pressure and my team is very supportive. We support each other in everything. I have learned grat communication skills and also to be patient. I love my job especially wnen it comes to designing and helping workshop guys to do fault finding on electric panels. The most challenging aspect is to deliver the jobs on time

Pros: Great opportunity for learning new skills
Cons: Always add extra hours when needed

Service technician

I have worked as a service technician, I was meeting the customers face to face,telephonically and via email.this helped me to understand the job to be carried out thoroughly and to ensure that the client is happy when I leave site.i am very friendly person and like interacting in a team.as a result of the size of the organization,this helped to understand different peoples belief and the way they communicate to others.

Pros: Having a clear understanding of a product to be promoted to be project engineer
Cons: Office based
