Excellent communication skills

Communication, listening, writing, interpersonal skills. Love to work with all kind of people and co - workers. I don't take things personal special when comes to my manager appointing me to do an extra work. I enjoy to be in leadership as at reception we were three of us but I was the leader of them all. Also good in making decision s in the right time. Besides my disability I am always pantual at work as I hate making excuses of being late at work I rather come early and wait for the gates to be opened.

Pros: Because of my hard work I have great opportunities to be promoted and also I like studying further.
Cons: I always work overtime as per instructions from my manager. I used to work long hours along at a very busy switchboard

Retrenched

I enjoyed being in charge of the reception area, taking and directing calls and messages and receive visitors and customers. I also made myself available to assist with various admin tasks. Unfortunately I was retrenched together with approx 100 other employees. The position became redundant. I was new at the company so LIFO came into effect.

Pros: Opportunity to create a stable long term career
Cons: Company was in financial trouble hence the retrenchments
