Opportunity to learn

I had a lot of encounter with clients, which gave me an opportunity to learn more about people behavior and response. I have built a close work relation with colleagues, i strongly believe in teamwork and humanity in all levels. I had an opportunity to work diversely between different departments, from finance, human resource and employee relations. What i may regard as challenging was situations wherein an employee was not paid in time mostly due to a change of account or so, i had to calm the employee down, try by all means possible to resolve the query and ensure that the employee is satisfied.

Pros: opportunity to learn new things
Cons: many overtime

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

I really love working here but i feel it's time i explored more. i do most of the typing work, scanning, copying and e-mailing. i came here as a learner and have grown so much with the company and co-workers who are also very friendly and helping when one needs help. Challenging aspects would include having to deal with maybe 3 cases at once, that puts one under pressure but the challenges are exciting and improve my skills.

Cons: working on weekends

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

Zerbatone has been very generous to me and my co-workers, I have learned a lot from them, they helped sharpen some of my skills but I'm now looking for a new environment to present me with new challenges and conquers
