Excellent salary packages and growth opportunities

As a consultant I had to make sure I am presentable and neat, bring with me a positive attitude energy.mostly we will be working on deliverable be it test requirements, test cases and test steps ,Preparing the test lab and starting with execution, logging defects and checking with developers if the fixes are deployed and attending scrum meetings or presenting to business.The environment itself is friendly with occasional team buildings. I have learned that as much as my life depends on the job at hand I should never be emotional about it and to always be ready to work until late. The nicest part about it is that we all had the same goal.The challenging aspect is that it is cash on delivery the contracting house gets paid when agreed upon milestones are achieved.

Cons: Chasing deadlines which results in long working hours

I have 10 years of experience in testing and most is banking and insurance

Please consider me as the right candidate as i have all the qualifications you are looking for and the experience. I would bring a change in the company if you allow me to be part of it.

Cons: I dont mind working long hours even if there is no money involved in as the project am coming from they were not paying for overtime.

Challenges

I am one person who loves challenges and fast to adapt to new environments. Good working alone and in a group. Am a good mentor. Good in reporting and willing to work overtime in times of tight time lines, weather there is payment for overtimes or not as long as the work can be delivered on time.

Love challeng

Am someone who is cabable to work in a group or alone. Open to learn as i need challenges in my daily eork and i dont sit without anything on my table. If am done with my daily and have nothing to i will ask one of my collegues if the dont need help. When i have issues i stand up and face them and make sure they are resolved. I hate conflicts and i make sure i be on a low level to avoid them at all times.

Quick learner

Am someone who is good to work alone and in a group. Am a fast learner and a good mentor if given a group of graduates to teach them the work. Am good jn reporting my work.

Testers work day

One gets assigned to different project and depending on the phase the project work can get hectic. Sometimes overtime is required when needed. I get very well with my colleagues but I'm more efficient when working alone. The most challenging part of the job is when you don't get all required documents to execute duties (requirements analysis and test case design, statement of testing work) or unstable environments when executing

Good learning curve

One reason I particularly enjoy this business, and the challenges that it comes with, is the opportunity to work with diverse cultures locally and globally Able to adapt to different situations e.g. testing a new application. I have a unique combination of strong technical skills and the ability to build long-term customer relationships”. Mentoring junior test analysts on a new project has contributed to realising the objectives of the project.
