I have had the worst experience working for Zensar it has undermined South Africans as a whole as it is an Indian based company I can only hope to get a better Job and continue with my career

Not satisfied with the company

They exploit people treat Africans like crap offer cheap labour capitalize on poverty pay SA interns R5000 and Indian interns R36000 very racist. They don't care about the well being of their SA employees they we don't have a single black manager all are Indians and when you apply they make.it impossible for you to get that job or they offer you 50% less then what they should be paying you

People are friendly Good working enviroment An oppurtunity to gain international exprience Working with different cultures You can learn from other collegues
