Learning experience
It is a learning experience and an opportunity to grow in my field as a test analyst. This is not just a job but a chance to be an expert in my field and grow from an intermediate to a senior and eventually a technical tester or test manager. On our team we have standup meetings 3 times a week to see where we are facing challenges and if there is progress. Every month we have regression and new projects to test. It is a lot of work but it has taught us to keep up and to learn to work together as a team. Our monthly regression teaches us about the system. We have become system experts because of it and the new projects help us grow and we learn to take charge and be sort of seniors in our projects. This also help us to become experts in what every new projects we test and when ever there is a struggle regarding that feature, you become the go-to person.

Cons: we have to constantly work overtime to complete our work because we are testing projects as well as regression testing

A typical work day is always different and there are always new challenges. There are a few nice people that I work with but there are always people that are out to get me. There is too much office politics. I have learnt a lot and I do a lot however I am not being compensated for it. I enjoy the friends that I have at office. I dint have any challenging in my job as I understand everyone and always willing to her without being recognized for it Thanks

Day to day sharing ideas, learing how to communicate with other people and trying to apply agile mythologies. Working at zensar is nice. People are friendly, caring,communicative. And open to share ideas. Though challange we face day to day is to try learing new technology or tool everyday is a challange .what i most is to work on new project ,involving myself in new things.

We, Do not get any bonuses because we are contractors.I have learnt to take it one step at a time. Working with people of different backgrounds.The challenge is that we face to do different task that are new which are intresting to learn and implement.

Excellent learning opportunities
Very nice to work only at client based. It's okay but it can get better. Promotions opportunities are limited. They have alot of partnership with other companies that offer learning opportunities. Online classes for upskilling yourself are available to every one for free and one can be certified.

Some people at company are ok but managers are typical. No positive attitude, poor work , poor people management , hardly any communication, no proper work allocation etc. People who like to live a hassel free life, can be part of this company.
