Working as an Asset Manager

I am a positive, ambitious and hardworking individual, with a passion to make a difference. I have the ability to listen and motivate others and communicate with them on any level. I think of myself as a reliable and trustworthy individual with a willingness to work hard. I build relationships with the specific teams and also with the customer on customer meetings every quarter. I also need to supply a good view of the customers Install base of their assets and through that I use a lot of Excel reports showing what is covered, Uncovered and also the equipment at risks through the LDOS report. I use that to do a presentation as a lot of customers is more picture like people and like to see graphs and pivots other than just words. I like to make difference and see the smile on the customers face that makes me feel good and then I know I do great at my job but sometimes you get a lot of communication gaps and that is the challenging part of my role as Asset Manager.

Pros: you build a lot of Experience with people and learn a lot of the environment
Cons: long working hours, some times the Communication gap and also you need to be available 24/7

I am well wised experienced person in various domain like retail, telecom, Insurance and banking

I am well versed with the process and well very well managing the people wherever I go. My daily tasks to analyse the specs , BRD and create test cases, to do the execution. Take the defect traige calls. I find most challenging time when you have no time for testing

Pros: This is great place to work when you want to learn various domain
Cons: I am stagnent over here, I feel I am not growing economically
