It was a good environment to develop once people's skills

Work start early in the morning. Picking up some workers on the way to work. It is a hands on company. I was involved in every proses and had an excellent relationship with the workforce. They did what they where told. The industry have new challenges everyday and it is a nice learning curve. I have enjoyed the challenges it gave. It is alot of thinking on your feet. Every part of the building process is offering new and exciting challenges everyday it does not get boring. It was nice to see you building houses that you can show to your children and their children it is like building monuments of what you have accomplished. It give you such job satisfaction to see good quality work completed on time and within budget.

Pros: It is a great company that give a lot to there employees.
Cons: Very stressful environment
